Delivery and Payment for Custom Neon Signs

At SIARK NEON, every neon sign is made to order and carefully packaged to reach you safely. Below you will find all information regarding payment, production time, delivery, and parcel inspection.

Payment Methods

Orders can be paid for using the payment methods available on the website.

For custom neon signs, production begins after the design has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been confirmed.

All details regarding the final price are communicated before production begins.

Design Confirmation

Before your custom sign goes into production, you will receive the design or a simulation for verification and approval.

Please check the following carefully:

• text;
• dimensions;
• colors;
• shape;
• placement of elements.

Production begins only after the final design has been confirmed.

Production Time

The standard production time for a custom neon sign is approximately 3–5 business days.

During busy periods, the production time may take up to 7–10 business days.

This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the size of the product, and the volume of pending orders.

If you need the sign for a specific date or event, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Delivery within Romania

Once production is complete, orders are prepared and properly packaged for transport.

Delivery in Romania generally takes approximately 1–2 business days after the parcel is handed over to the courier.

For orders over 500 RON, delivery is free within Romania.

For orders below this value, the shipping cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the parcel.

Delivery within Europe

SIARK NEON also delivers custom neon signs to countries in Europe.

The cost and duration of international shipping may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, and available courier service.

For international orders, the shipping cost is communicated before the final order confirmation.

Packaging of Orders

Each neon sign is individually packaged, depending on its size and shape, to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

Inside the parcel, you will receive the product and the accessories included in your order, so the sign is ready for use and installation.

Parcel Inspection

We recommend that you inspect the parcel and product immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any damage caused during transport, please photograph:

• the outer packaging;
• the damaged area;
• the product;
• the shipping label.

Send us the information within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the parcel, so we can verify the situation and find the quickest solution.

Delivery Delays

After the parcel is handed over to the courier, the actual delivery time depends on the transport company.

During certain periods, such as holidays or times with high parcel volumes, delays independent of SIARK NEON may occur.

If you notice that your delivery is delayed, you can contact us and we will check the shipment status.
