Everything you need to know before ordering
Yes. The sign will be made based on the options selected in the configurator: text, font, color, size, and the type of plexiglass base. Before production, you will also receive a final simulation for review and approval.
There may be slight color differences between the image displayed on the screen and the actual lighting of the sign.
Yes. Before production begins, we send you the final design for review. You can request changes before approving it.
Once the design is approved and production has started, no further changes can be made.
Your sign comes ready to assemble and use. The package includes:

- metal mounting brackets;
- screws and wall plugs.
Everything you need to install and turn it on is included in the order.
In general, production takes approximately 3–5 business days from payment confirmation and design approval.
During busy periods or for more complex projects, the timeframe may extend to 7–10 business days. After production is completed, delivery within Romania usually takes another 1–2 business days.

Yes, but you must choose the version designed for outdoor use.
Standard indoor signs can be used outdoors temporarily, for example at events or photo shoots, as long as they are protected from water.
For permanent outdoor installation, the sign must be specially made with the appropriate protection.
If you want to turn a logo, drawing, or graphic into a luminous sign, there is no need to use the text configurator.
Go to the “Upload your logo or graphic” page, upload the design, and tell us the desired size and a few details about the project.
We will review the graphic and send you a personalized quote and a simulation of the sign before production.
