What do you receive when you order a SIARK NEON sign?

Each custom neon sign is made according to the approved design and is prepared so that it can be used immediately after unboxing.

You receive a custom-made product, adapted to the chosen size, color, and design.

What is included in the package?

Depending on the model ordered, the package may include:

• the custom neon sign;
• plexiglass backing;
• 220V compatible power adapter;
• power cable;
• dimmer to adjust light intensity;
• mounting system;
• accessories required for installation.

All necessary components are prepared so that the sign can be installed and used as simply as possible.

How is the order placed?

1. You send us your idea

You can create a text sign directly in the configurator or you can send us your logo, drawing, or graphic through the custom design form.

2. You receive the design for approval

For custom projects, we prepare a design simulation before production.

You can verify the size, shape, colors, and positioning of the elements before the sign is made.

3. You confirm the order

After approving the design and confirming the final details, the order can enter production.

4. We create the sign

The sign is produced in the SIARK NEON workshop according to the approved design.

Standard production time is approximately 3–5 business days.

During busy periods, the timeframe can reach 7–10 business days.

5. We deliver it

After production is complete, the sign is checked, carefully packed, and handed over to the courier.

Delivery in Romania generally takes approximately 1–2 business days from the moment the package is handed over to the courier.
